Coach Thom's Time Management Seminar last month was THE BEST. Each of the participants received their own journal and he showed us how to set it up. I have read many articles on the subject but this is the first time I am following thru. I found myself the other day writing on a sticky note (a big NO-NO) and looked around to make sure he didn't catch me. I will try not to do it again. Thanks THOM.

The coaches had great energy and enthusiasm. Everyone shared tips and real life experiences in a simple and easy to follow format which made this workshop much more valuable to me than any I have attended in quite some time.

Information shared at the Six Steps workshop can be applied immediately with or without a coach. It was great educational workshop, not a sales pitch.
Karen Young,

At the How to Hire and Keep a Great Team workshop we were allowed time to offer our experiences with other business owners, this was a great value. I like the review of a group interview, saves time and brings you down to a few good candidates quickly. Thanks for the tips.

Hearing the successes and challenges that other business owner's face was reassuring to me, I am not alone. The 4 hour hiring process and group interview sounded very interesting and I like taking inventory through the workbook check list.

Default calendar with scheduling blocks of time for office hours and incorporating a task list into the office hours. Guard your office hours; this is the time for you to work on your business not in your business.
Jessica Meyers,
JEM Group
I like that ACCP allows time before and after workshops for networking. The handout material is great. It is complete so when you go back to your office you can open to refresh your memory and apply the time management tools that were reviewed at workshop.
Will McCorty,
Pemcor
With the help of Coach Jeff we will develop the default calendar and include the task list which will help me greatly with getting things done or at the very least knowing they are on my to do list.
Laura Metzger,

"I am really excited about my learning experience with ACTION International. There are so many things I want to do now that I see there is a better way. I guess his job now is to keep me focused so I don't spin off in all different directions. My sales team likes what they are hearing and they are anxious to participate! ... I want to thank you for conducting your Alignment Training Day at Fastening Products of Lancaster. I thoroughly enjoyed the Business Accelerator Boot Camp last month and I am excited to have this learning experience shared with my Team Members. I appreciate that you really care and help me focus to stay on course. I am excited about the future of my business. I have a good group of Team Members who are willing to work hard. I have a family that supports the extreme requirements of running a business. Thank you!"
