Marcia is the CEO of Action Coach of Central Pennsylvania. She received her Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Old Dominion University, and a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Marcia is a founding member of the Central Pennsylvania Association of Female Executives. She is a member of the Harrisburg Regional Chamber of Commerce, the Hershey Partnership, the West Shore Chamber of Commerce, and a long time community volunteer through her membership with the Junior League of Harrisburg.

From her experience as a Chief Financial Officer, Marcia oversaw a $26 million annual budget. In this capacity, she made decisions every day about saving versus investing financial resources, and when to spend to bolster growth. Whether or not your company has lots of money to manage or invest, Marcia knows which expenditures are important, which aren't, and how to plan for the financial future of your business.

From her experience in Human Resources and her training as a Business Coach, Marcia knows how to recruit and retain the right talent, and how to do it in less time. As a Chief Operating Officer, Marcia was part of the executive team of an ISO9000 certified business.
