Thom Finn won the award for Best Client Results at ActionCOACH's Global Conference in Sydney, Australia.

Lancaster, PA— The world's number one business and executive coaching firm, ActionCOACH, awarded Thom Finn from Lancaster, Pennsylvania, with the Best Client Results at its Global Conference (Aug 2-7) held at the five-star Sheraton on the Park hotel.

ActionCOACH founder and CEO Brad Sugars presented this award to Finn at the black tie awards dinner and ceremony at Sheraton on the Park, which is situated across from Hyde Park in the heart of Sydney.

U.S. Commerce Association's Award Plaque Honors the Achievement

WASHINGTON D.C., June 8, 2009 -- ActionCOACH of Central Pennsyvania has been selected for the 2009 Best of Lancaster Award in the Business Management Consultants category by the U.S. Commerce Association (USCA).

The USCA "Best of Local Business" Award Program recognizes outstanding local businesses throughout the country. Each year, the USCA identifies companies that they believe have achieved exceptional marketing success in their local community and business category. These are local companies that enhance the positive image of small business through service to their customers and community.

Various sources of information were gathered and analyzed to choose the winners in each category. The 2009 USCA Award Program focused on quality, not quantity. Winners are determined based on the information gathered both internally by the USCA and data provided by third parties.

ActionCOACH of Central Pennsylvania is Firm of the Year

Harrisburg, PA - ActionCOACH Business Coaching recently hosted its annual national conference in Las Vegas, Nevada. Among over 300 attendees was the ActionCOACH of Central Pennsylvania firm, a local ActionCOACH franchise. Their nine member coaching firm, comprised of 7 coaches that are all previous or current business owners, was recognized at the conference as the North American Firm of the Year, which includes over 340 coaching franchises in Canada, US and Mexico.

The Lancaster/Harrisburg Coaching Practice is comprised of coaches Paul Currie, Brian Dombach, Thom Finn, Tim Rooney, Marcia Rynearson, Graham Side and Jeff Witmer. The firm operates in Lancaster, Dauphin, Cumberland and Perry counties and currently coaches over 70 local businesses.
